Living Well is a Beautiful Lifestyle
A Healthy Body is Nutritious Food, Clean Water & Sunlight

Our natural environment is real, full of love and gives everything necessary to sustain and nourish
our body and lives beautifully.   Our bodies are awesome works of natural art which require
vitamins, minerals, fiber and nutrients which are supplied abundantly in nature along with sunshine,
fresh air and clean water.   Love like life is real and not disposable.

Quantity and Quality of Life?

A report published in the journal Health Affairs says the U.S. has dropped to 49th place in overall life
expectancy down from 24th in 1999, among the nations of the world. The causes of America’s poor
health include things like its broken food system, overuse of chemical pesticides, and dependence on
pharmaceutical drugs — all of which are poisoning the population and the environment, and lowering
lifespans....

Let’s get real!
What do we tell our children about Sex?
Mostly nothing about STD's, Oral Sex & Condoms.
What do our children know about Sex?
If they go to public school…probably as much or more than we do and most of that information
is dangerous to their health!
Regardless of what we have done in the past, we live in the now and now is the time to get real
start talking to our kids about sex.
This country has the highest rates of teen pregnancy, birth, and abortion in the industrialized world.
In fact, the U.S. teen pregnancy and birth rates are nearly double Canada’s, at least four times
those of France and Germany, and more than eight times that of Japan.
The average age of puberty in girls is now nine, in a phenomenon increasingly being blamed on
rising obesity and exposure to hormone-disrupting pollutants in the food supply.
Any drug or chemical that effects the natural balance of the hormonal system in the human body has
the potential to produce genetic mutation. Libido is clearly linked to levels of sex hormones,
therefore we are increasing the likelihood of our children engaging in sexual activity with their
increased intake of prescription drug and chemicals based foods...

Starvation–Obesity Connection
Obesity rates in the United States are among the highest in the world with as of 2007, with 74.1% of the
adults being overweight or obese. Historically, obesity primarily afflicted adults, but this has changed in
the last 2 decades. The percentage of overweight or obese children in the United States is growing at an
alarming rate with 1 out of 3 children now considered overweight or obese. Children and adolescents who
are obese are likely to be obese in adulthood and to develop obesity-related health problems...

Eat Wisely – Gain 8 Years
Go ahead and eat meat if you want. But consider it a condiment and try the leanest, finest meat you can
afford. Try to limit it to a portion the size of a deck of cards and only twice per week. Beans, including
fava, black and soy and lentils are the cornerstone of most centenarian diets. Snacking on nuts–about a
handful a day has been associated with and extra 2-3 years of life expectancy....

This is a part of my life story that I never thought I would share…my secret. Why after keeping
my secret for over ten years am I talking about it now?  The health and future of the people
around me is far more important than what anyone may say or think about me personally.  I
know how easy if was for me to get and use prescription drugs before public advertising and
overt medical pushing.
"I was a functioning in the closet addict except that I was not functioning."
....Life happens…trauma-drama...we either suffer from post traumatic stress syndrome or we
evolve through post traumatic growth. I chose post traumatic stress syndrome and went to the
area of my faith…doctors and science. I also maintained a very high level of arrogance and
superiority because I didn’t use illegal drugs, smoke or drink other than an occasional glass of
wine when I was not driving.  Did I ever think of myself as a drug addict? Of course not…I only
took medications prescribed by my doctor. Did any doctor ever refuse to give me a
prescription…NO! Did I seek help…yes, I went back to my doctors over and over and was given
more pills...   Read more on...Living Well with Joa Carter .... Drug Free

Lucille Ball

Loving and taking
care of ourselves
is not something
we are taught
in school.

Support is the main reason
that most people are not
successful in making wellness
changes in their lifestyle. Just
as Support Groups have been
proven to be the most
effective means of making
lifestyle changes with
addictions, everyone needs
the love and compassion of a
Support Group in making
Wellness Lifestyle changes.

Ask yourself these
questions:

Am I getting the
support that I need
to be the person
that I want to be?

What would my life
look like if I could
slow down?

Living Well with Time

What would bring
more joy to my
life and to those
I love?
